I am looking to take a cruise to Alaska, and I want to find out what are the best cruise lines?
I've sailed with NCL (Norweigan) and it was fine. I just want to get some recommendations or suggestions on which cruise lines you guys like and don't like. Thanks so much.
We wanted to find out personal experiences on different cruise lines and why you like some more than others. The age group of people cruising are from 29-75. We don't really want a party ship or alot of kids. (preferably). Suggestions greatly appreciated.

Try CruiseCritic.com. Click on "Boards", then go to the various cruiseline boards, or the "Alaska" board. Also, click on "Reviews", then "Passenger Reviews". Lots of great info from experienced cruisers.
For a "classier" and quieter cruise, try Celebrity or Holland America. Princess is also supposed to be good.

We just returned home from a 7 say Alaska Cruise on the Celebrity Infinity. Celebrity Cruise Lines are outstanding in every way!
The staff, the food the ship.. everything was in top form and the events and entertainment were top notch.
We did not want to leave!
It helped that we also had perfect weather!
We will be on Celebrity again!
