i had my boat engine rebuilt and it is running crapty?
Can someone share with me what is expected when you rebuild a marine ford engine? WHAT PARTS GET CHANGED?
Can someone share with me what is expected when you rebuild a marine ford 351 engine? what parts should be replaced and or rebuild?
I have a Ford 351 marine engine, ski nautique, with 1200 hours on it and I had the engine rebuild? It cost me 00.00? The boat has ran horrible since the rebuild? Never saw a receipt of break down of cost? I continue to spend money as the CARB was bad, RPM is only hitting 36?
PLEASE HELP DEFINE WHAT I SHOULD OF GOT FOR THIS REBUILD?

The first thing you should have got was a detail work order and parts list. Wide variety of what might have been replaced or repaired and reinstalled.
What did the mechanic say when you described the symptoms?
What’s the compression on the motor now?
BTW, you can tell your mechanic that I said only a fool would install a dirty carb on a freshly rebuilt engine.
