do the engines on counter rotating outboards rotate counterclockwise or is it the lower unit that does?

Hmm, I’m not familiar with Detroit Marine outboards, they must be heavy buggers! Mercury and Yamaha both change prop rotation in the gearcase, and older OMCs. Not sure about Honda, Suzuki, and the newer BRP products.
